LLC “Izmail Professional College of Economics and Law” began its activities in 1997 and for twenty-eight years has been actively involved in training specialists for enterprises and organizations of various forms of ownership in the southern part of the Odesa region. The history of the college began on October 1, 1997 with the creation of the Izmail Technical School of Economics and Law with the approval of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, upon the request of the regional state administration.
