Introducing Separate structural subdivision «Hlukhiv Agrotechnical Professional College of Sumy National Agrarian University» In 1899, Hlukhiv industrial school named after Nicole Artemovych Tereshchenko was opened, and trained specialists for the industry that was developing in the pre-reform period.
