The Municipal Establishment “ Nizhyn Maria Zankovetska Applied College of Culture and Arts”, by Chernihiv Oblast Council, is one of the leading institutions of professional pre-higher artistic education in the Chernihiv region, providing training for highly qualified specialists in the fields of culture and the arts. The history of the institution dates back to August 23, 1908, when a commercial school was established in the city of Nizhyn by decision of the Nizhyn Society for the Promotion of Commercial Education.
